Description

This is a cottage dating from the early 18th century. It's constructed from roughly squared limestone rubble, with quoins marking the corners. The roof is covered in 20th-century tiles, and incorporates a stone stack base to the left and a renewed stone stack to the right. The cottage has an L-shaped layout. It is two storeys high plus an attic, with a three-window facade featuring 20th-century casement windows, some with two lights and others with three, each with flat stone arches and hoods. There is one 20th-century gabled dormer window. The interior features chamfered spine beams and an open fireplace. The cottage is included on the listing for its contribution to the group value of the surrounding buildings.
