Formerly known as: The Butcher's Shop, Holly Hock Tea Rooms and Old Bakehouse. VILLAGE GREEN. 3 houses, 2 builds. Mid C18 with C19 alterations. Reddish-brown brick, painted to front facade, with plain-tile roofs. EXTERIOR: 2-storey; single-window range to left. Single-storey with attic; 3-unit plan to right. Ground floor has 3 entrances: 6-panel door under gable, then 2 part-glazed doors with moulded wood surrounds, that to centre under flat brick arch, that to right has glazed window adjoining to right, the whole under flat brick arch. Otherwise 8/8 sashes and 2 canted bay windows, one with multi-pane glazing, the other with casements. First-floor band to left. First floor: 8/8 sash. Attics: 3 gabled half-dormers, that to left with 6/6 sash, otherwise casements. Dentil frieze throughout, interrupted by attic windows to right. Rear stack to left, pair of diagonal off-centre stacks with cornices, right end stack. INTERIOR: not inspected. All listed buildings on The Green form a group.
