House. Late C18/early C19 with later additions and alterations. Reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond with plain-tile roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2 first-floor windows. Ranges to rear. Central C20 door with hood between 3-light wooden mullion and transom windows under segmental arches. First floor has 3-light wooden mullion windows. Modillion eaves. End stacks with cornices. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms a group with Salter Street Farmhouse (qv).
