Description

Bridge number 19 is a road bridge that crosses the North Stratford Canal at Warings Green. It was built in the early 19th century and is constructed of brick. The bridge features a three-centred arch with a brick arch ring, along with plain abutment retaining walls and a parapet. The copings are made of dressed stone, although a small section has been replaced with brick and engineering brick. While there are some patch repairs, the bridge remains well preserved and has seen little alteration over the years.
