Description

This milestone, dating from the early 19th century, is located approximately 300 metres southwest of Coughton Court. It features a painted cast iron plate with cast and painted lettering and has a segmental arched top. The milestone is set into the boundary wall of the grounds of Coughton Court and marks the Alcester - Bromsgrove Turnpike.
