Description

A house, likely dating from the 17th or early 18th century, and now divided into two dwellings. It has undergone 20th-century alterations and restorations. The structure is timber-framed with brick infill, although the front of the ground floor is brick on a rubble plinth, and there are later brick additions. The roof is tiled, with brick end stacks. The building originally had a 2-unit plan, with a rear outshut added later.

The exterior is two storeys high with a three-window front. A flat-roofed addition to the ground floor features paired entrances with small-paned, half-glazed doors and small-paned windows in the corners. The first floor has square framing with braces, and three windows: a three-light window flanked by two-light casements, all with small panes and iron fittings. The right return has a projecting brick stack and a variety of windows with small-paned casements. The rear of the building includes a 20th-century outshut. The interior was not inspected.
