Description

Roselea and Roselea Cottage are a house, now divided into two dwellings, dating to the early 17th century. The ground floor is of 20th-century brick over an original timber frame, which is exposed to the left and rear, featuring square framing with diagonal braces. The first floor is roughcast. The roof is tiled, and there are brick stacks at the ridge and ends. The building has a three-unit plan and a two-storey, three-window front with 20th-century doors and casement windows. It has a gabled roof. The interior has not been inspected, but is likely of interest. A 20th-century extension has been added to the right and to the rear left.
