Description
Vintage house dating from around 1750, with a late 20th-century addition. The building is constructed of painted brick, with some rubble on one end, and features a half-hipped thatched roof with a brick stack at the end and another stack on the front ridge; the addition has a tiled roof. It has a two-unit plan with the addition located on the right side.
The exterior is single-storey with an attic and has a two-window range. There is an unused entrance to the left of the center, which is covered by a hipped thatch canopy over a 20th-century split door. The ground floor features segmental-headed windows with three-light small-paned casements that include iron opening casements. The attic has eyebrow dormers with similar two-light casements. The left side of the building has an external stack with tiled offsets and a renewed brick shaft, along with a rubble outshut beneath a hipped thatch roof, and a lean-to addition on the left.
The single-storey addition on the right has a half-hipped projection with an entrance to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
