Description
Manor Cottage is an 18th-century cottage with 19th-century alterations, constructed from squared, coursed limestone and featuring quoins. It has a tile roof with a brick ridge stack and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. On the ground floor, there is a light casement window with a wooden lintel, while the first floor has a 19th-century two-light, 8-pane casement window. Additional windows have brick arches, and there is a 20th-century door at the front. Attached to the right is a stone outbuilding that has a weatherboarded gable and a corrugated iron roof, with a plank door on the left. The interior is said to have beams and is likely to be of interest. The cottage is included for its group value.
