Description

Manor Cottage and Stoneleigh are two cottages dating to the late 17th and 18th centuries. They are built of coursed rubble stone with a thatched roof, featuring stone and brick ridge details and stacks at the right end. Stoneleigh, the left-hand cottage, is of two storeys with two centre-opening three-light casement windows on the upper floor and a central glazed door. Stone lintels are present on the ground floor. Manor Cottage, to the right, is of one-and-a-half storeys with three eyebrow dormers on the upper floor. It has a centre-opening three-light casement window flanked by a part-glazed door and a further two-light window to the right. A later extension includes an eyebrow dormer. The windows have wooden lintels.
