Description
No. 22 Main Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century and mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins. The left side features a thatched roof with a moulded stone stack at the end, while the right side has a plain tile roof with a brick stack at the end. The building consists of two ranges; the left range is 1½ storeys high and has a 3-light centre-opening casement window with two similar eyebrow dormers above. The right range has a glazed door and a single-light window within the same frame, along with a blocked doorway in the center. The right range is two storeys tall, with the upper section rendered and featuring two 3-light centre-opening casements above two 2-light windows, all with cambered lintels.
