Description

No. 2 High Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from coursed rubble that has been painted, topped with a thatched roof and featuring brick stacks at each end. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, displaying a one-window range. There are 20th-century doors located at the far left and to the right of the center, both featuring wooden lintels. To the left of the right door is a small square window, while the ground and first floors have two-light casement windows, all with wooden lintels. The window in the first floor is set within an eyebrow dormer. The interior has not been inspected.
