Description
Hollies Yeomans is a group of three cottages, which may have originally been one house, dating from 1691. They are constructed from coursed rubble stone with quoins and stone dressings, topped with a Collyweston slate roof featuring moulded stone and brick ridge, end, and side stacks. The gables are stone coped. The building is arranged in an L shape, with a wing that projects forward on the left side.
It is 2½ storeys high. On the gable of the projecting wing, there is a stone mullion window with a hood mould on each floor: a blocked 3-light window, a 2-light window, and an attic 1-light window. Above the attic window is a stone tablet inscribed 'E.F.A. 1691'. On the right return of the wing, there is a blocked window, while the main range front features a door, a 3-light casement window, another door, and a 3-light casement window above. On the left end, there is a door, a 3-light casement window, and a single-storey extension with a Welsh slate roof and a 1-light window above.
