SALFORD PRIORS DUNNINGTON No 62, Old Mudwalls Cottage

II Cottage, formerly two, possibly three. C17 with C18 addition on right. Timber frame with lath and plaster infill; addition of thin framing. Thatch roof and brick ridge chimney. Two-unit plan, extended to three-unit. One storey and attic with two small swept dormers. Entrance at right end has C20 door in simple C19 chamfered wood surround. C19 casements, four to ground floor. Exposed framing to end and rear.

Interior: Two winder staircases, two ceiling beams with simple stop chamfers. Late C20 addition on left has sham framing in cement, and another door.
