April Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on Coughton Lane. It features timber framing with whitewashed brick infill, although a large part of the front has been rebuilt in whitewashed brick with painted sham framing. The cottage has a tile roof and brick ridge stacks. It is one storey high with an attic that includes dormers and has a six-window range. The front entrance has a 20th-century studded door and an open porch. The left side of the cottage shows exposed framing with jowled posts and old purlins, while the right end and rear are largely from the 20th century. The interior has not been inspected.
