Description
The Cottage is a 17th-century cottage located on the Studley Alcester Road. It is timber framed, with a square framing pattern, and has whitewashed brick and plastered infill. The roof is covered in old tiles, and there are brick end stacks. The cottage has a 2-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. It has a 2-window front. A central 2-plank door is covered by a weatherboard hood. The ground floor has 19th-century casement windows with glazing bars, each with a shallow wooden hood. The left return side features jowled posts and an attic window. The rear of the cottage shows exposed timber framing. The interior was not inspected at the time of listing.
