Farmhouse. C17; mid/late C19 alterations and small projecting single-storey addition to right; early C20 addition to left. Regular coursed limestone; C20 addition of imitation ashlar render. Concrete tile roofs. Right end stack has 2 diagonally-set shafts of old brick; C20 brick left end stack. 2-unit plan extended to 3-unit. Central doorway, formerly window, has large stone lintel; late C20 door and windows. Mid/late C20 metal casement to right. First floor has 3-light and 2-light C19 casements with horizontal glazing bar. Wood lintels. Single-storey range has late C20 half-glazed door and window in left return side. Late C20 porch. C20 casement. To rear: 2 and 3-light casements. Partially blocked door with window inserted. Interior: room to right has broad ogee stop-chamfered ceiling beam and joists. Large open fireplace has chamfered bressumer.
