Shop and dwelling, now shop and offices. Mid C19. Brick with dentil cornice and colourwashed ground floor. Tile roof; brick ridge stacks. L-plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Mid/late C19 projecting shop front has central double-leaf glazed doors with margin bars and overlight. 2 bay windows with thin moulded shafts. Entrance on left has half-glazed panelled door and simple wood doorcase. Sashes, on first floor under rusticated rendered flat arches, on second floor with gauged brick flat arches. Interior: Open well staircase and moulded string.
