Description

This is a house, originally two cottages, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of squared, coursed limestone with quoins. The roof is thatched, with a stone ridge and end slacks. The building has a three-unit plan and one storey with an attic. The front has a three-window arrangement, featuring 19th-century two- and three-light casement windows with wooden lintels. A 20th-century door, also with a wooden lintel, sits within a 20th-century porch on the centre-left. A doorway has been blocked, but its wooden lintel remains on the centre-right. The interior features spine beams and an open fireplace.
