Description

COLESHILL HIGH STREET SP1889-1989 (West side) 9/37 No.78 (Nantille House) 11/11/52 GV II House. Early C18 with early to mid C19 alterations. Plastered brick; plain tile roof; brick stack behind ridge. 2 storeys with rusticated quoins of unequal length breaking through a bracketed eaves cornice (c.f. simply The Swan Hotel). 3 bays: tripartite sashes to ground floor with pilasters and bracketed cornice hoods, first floor sashes with border lights. Central part-glazed 6-panel door with moulded wooden doorcase and bracketed cornice hoods. Interior not inspected.
