Description
The Green Man Public House is a late 18th-century building located on the west side of Coleshill High Street. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a plain tile roof, with a brick ridge stack and an integral end stack. The building has an L-shaped plan and stands three storeys high, characterized by a dentilled eaves band.
The façade consists of three bays, with glazing bar casements that have segmental heads. On the ground floor, there are a pair of mid-19th century canted bay windows on the right and in the center, which contain contemporary sash windows. These bay windows flank a 20th-century door. The right-hand return of the building has three irregular bays and features a 19th-century canted bay window at the gable end of the front range. The building is included for its group value.
