Description

Fair View is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof and features a central brick stack. The building consists of two parallel ranges and stands three storeys tall, with the second floor having reduced proportions. It has a chamfered plinth and a moulded brick eaves cornice. The façade has three bays, each with 16-pane glazing bar sash windows that have horns and gauged brick heads. The central entrance has a six-panel door flanked by two small windows, and is adorned with a panelled doorcase and a bracketed pediment. The interior has not been inspected.
