Description

Park Cottage is a pair of houses built around 1840. They are constructed of red brick and feature a half-hipped plain tile roof, with brick stacks located at the junction of the main range and the rear wing. The buildings rise two storeys and have a gable-lit attic, complemented by a moulded eaves cornice. There are three windows, each with 16-pane glazing bar sashes that have segmental hood moulds and raised keys. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with a rectangular overlight, topped by a gabled hood supported on console brackets.
