Description

This is a house located at 42 High Street in Cleobury Mortimer, dating from the late 18th century. It is built of brick and features dentil eaves along with a plain-tile hipped roof. There are integral brick eaves stacks on the sides of the building.

The exterior consists of three storeys with a three-window arrangement. The windows are 2/2 sashes that have painted reveals, sills, and keyed lintels with moulded raised keyblocks, except for the second floor, which has plain lintels. The entrance is situated to the left of the window range and is in a segmental-arched opening, featuring a cambered glazed and panelled door. This entrance is integrated with the 20th-century brick front of the adjacent property, No. 43. The interior has not been inspected.
