Cottage, now laundrette. C18 with earlier origins. Rubble; brick; steep pitched plain tile roof with gable to rear; brick stack to rear. Single-storey and attic C20 door and light in earlier opening under timber lintel; blocked lights. Rear: various blocked openings, and C19 light under timber plates in brick gable; large mutilated frame post and brace. INTERIOR: exposed ceiling beams; late C17 roof with curved wind brace. No.11 is not included.
