House, now a laundrette. Dated 1841 on rainwater head at rear. Altered late C20. Brick, the front colourwashed, with slate roof. Dentilled eaves, 2 gable stacks. 3 storeys, 3 window range. Front has a central blank window flanked by single glazing bar sashes and above, similar fenestration with slightly smaller windows. Full width late C20 brick shopfront with central door and single flanking windows , with C19 fascia cornice on brackets. Included for group value.
