Description
No. 16 Tower Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the late 16th century and features a timber-frame construction with plaster and a Welsh slate roof. The building is two stories tall and has a cellar, with a two-window range that includes 20th-century 6/6 sash windows set in post and pan framing, along with a skylight above. The entrance features a 19th-century glazed, two-panel door and a shop window with part-ringed glazing shafts. Inside, the property has ogee stop-chamfered ceiling beams.
