Description
41 Bull Ring is a house that has been converted into a shop. It features a 20th-century front but has a core that dates back to the 17th century. The exterior is roughcast with a 20th-century plain tile roof that has a gable at the front and a 19th-century brick stack on the left. The building is three stories tall and has a one-window range, with a 20th-century metal casement window on the ground floor and two more above. The shopfront is also from the 20th century, and there is a passage to the rear on the left side. Inside the passage, the right wall displays timber framing with brick infill, a stop-chamfered ceiling beam, and a 19th-century, four-panel door at the rear. The rear of the building showcases 17th-century timber framing and plaster, with an early 20th-century two-over-two sash window above a small lean-to.
