Description

17 Hill's Lane is a shop that dates back to the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is positioned against the front of a former malt house next door, which has a monopitched roof. It stands three stories tall and has a two-window range with an inserted ground floor. Above this, there are two 12-pane sash windows, each differing in width and construction phase. The wider window on the left has a low flat-arched brick head, while the right-hand window has single ring cambered heads. There is a stack located against the rear wall.
