Description

This barn, located approximately 15 meters northeast of Yew Tree Cottage, is likely from the early 18th century and has undergone some later alterations. It features a weatherboarded timber frame and a corrugated iron roof. The structure has two levels and includes plank doors on both the left and right sides. Inside, the framing is visible with rectangular panels, two of which extend from the cill to the wall-plate. The roof is a single-purlin design spanning two bays, supported by a central queen-post truss, with a loft situated over the right bay. The barn is included for its group value.
