Description

This barn, located 20 metres west of Yew Tree Farmhouse, likely dates from the mid-17th century. It features a small frame construction with brick nogging and some diagonal braces beneath the eaves. The roof is covered with cement slates, which were probably originally thatched. There are lean-to outshuts made of brick on each gable end. The barn has three boarded doors, with one door leading to each outshut. Inside, you can find oak trusses and purlins.
