Shown on O.S. Map as Hungerford Farm. Millhouse, then farmhouse, now flats. Late C18, C20 alterations. Ashlar, coursed squared stone, and coursed rubble, with ashlar raised quoins and plain band at eaves. Hipped tiled roof. 2 brick lateral ridge stacks. EXTERIOR: front is a 3-storey, 3-window range, the outer bays with 12/12 sashes, 4/8 at upper storey, with flat stone lintels. Advanced central bay with Venetian sash window to first floor, C20 6/6 sash with side lights above. At ground storey is projecting canted ashlar porch with simple pilasters and entablature, panelled door with doorcase and fanlight with radial bars. Porch set between 2 round-headed sashes with raised shelved keyblocks. Right side: 3-storey, 2-window range of multi-pane 2-light casements with brick segmental-arched openings below upper storey. Ground storey covered by tiled lean-to roof. Left side: 12/12 sash with brick segmental-arched lintel to ground-floor right. 2-light casement at upper and ground storeys. INTERIOR: not inspected.
