House, restored and rebuilt as offices and shops. Original build 1725, restoration 1935. Brick with hipped plain tiled roof. 3 storeys, 3-window range. Inserted shop front to ground floor, stuccoed with central door. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads with keystones that connect with string course over first floor, and with modillion eaves cornice over 2nd floor. Angle quoins. Parapet with side urns. 2 date stones: 1725 with initials D over WS and 1935 with initials C over WS.
