Description

27 Claremont Hill is a mid-18th century house that has been converted into a shop. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is three stories high and has a two-window range. The ground floor has an inserted shop front, while the upper floors are adorned with 2-pane sash windows that have flat-arched brick heads. The eaves cornice is made of moulded wood and overhangs the building. There is a single gabled dormer in the roof and a stack at the gable end.
