Description

Woburn Boutique is a house from the mid-18th century that has been converted into a shop on the ground floor. It was reworked in the 19th century and features brownish red bricks, some of which are vitrified, and a 20th-century tile roof. The building is two storeys tall with attics and forms the end of a row of buildings. The northern end of the structure is semi-circular with a semi-conical roof.

The ground floor includes a late 19th-century shop front on the left, which is framed by three moulded pilasters and features a part-glazed door with a rectangular fanlight, along with a window that has glazing bars. The semi-circular bay on the ground floor has a nearly continuous bow window, consisting of three lights to the north and two lights to the east, also with glazing bars and pilasters similar to those of the shop front. Between these windows, there is a blocked doorway, a sash window, and a blind window, both of which have segmental heads.

On the first floor, including the northern side of the semi-circular end, there are four sash windows and three blind windows, all featuring segmental gauged brick heads. The sashes have glazing bars and wide wooden frames that are almost flush with the wall. The attic contains three hipped dormers, each with 2-light casements that have glazing bars. Multiple chimney stacks are located behind the ridge.
