GV II Offices, purpose-built as commercial premises. Early C19. Ashlar faced, roof not visible behind parapet. Three storeys, three window range to Square, return elevation to High Street a two window range. Shop front largely late C20, two- and four-pane sash windows above. Cornice interupted by acroteria, and slightly raised over central bay. Elevation to High Street unornamented.
