House. Mid C19. Rubble; plain tile roof; 3 stone stacks with brick twin chimneys. T-shaped plan. Single storey; 2-window range: 3-light and 2-light windows with moulded yellow brick mullions and reveals, under moulded ashlar lintels and drip courses; central dressed stone gable porch with 3-centred arch and shouldered drip course over; spike-finial; panelled plank door. Left returned side has canted bay with glazing bars, and yellow brick details, under pentice roof; 2-light mullion under shouldered drip course over; deep eaves with spike-finial. Similar mullion to rear wing; red brick gable porch, with casement over. Included for group value.
