House. Early C19. Painted brick; plain tile roof; brick end stacks. Double L-shaped plan. Symmetrical 3-storeys; 3-window range: tripartite mullion and transom windows with metal glazing bars and central casements, flanking cross-window; all under segmental arches. Mullion windows over. Central 6-panel door in moulded architrave, and overlight with glazing bars, set in rustic porch with ornamental frame, barge-boards and pendant. Single storey wing to right rear has plank door and overlight under segmental arch, and C20 metal window under concrete lintel; brick end stack. Left returned side has tripartite window to each floor; short wing to rear has dentilled brick eaves.
