Description
This is an outbuilding located approximately 10 metres south west of Asterley Hall, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from red brick and features crow-step gables with a corrugated iron roof. The building has two levels, with a stable door on the right and an inserted hatch under a cambered arch to the left. There are five rows of air vents along the structure.
Inside, the outbuilding has a double-purlin roof divided into two unequal bays, supported by a tie beam and collar truss. A 20th-century brick lean-to on the right and a covered passageway connecting the building to Asterley Hall are not included in the listing.
