Description
The water tower, located approximately 20 metres north of Aston Hall, dates from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a pyramidal lead roof. The tower has a hexagonal plan and stands two storeys tall. Notable architectural elements include a plinth, a ground floor impost band, and a first floor cill band. The ground floor is arcaded with round arches, and there is an illegible stone plaque above on the south side. The first floor also has an arcade with rendered blind round arches.
