Description

The water tower, located east of Bradley Hall, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile pyramidal roof. The east and south elevations are plain, while the north elevation has a small square opening high up, which is framed by a stone lintel and has a projecting sill. The west elevation includes a round arched doorway with double doors and a glazed fanlight above. There is also a rectangular opening above that serves as a dovecote. The brickwork at the top of the tower is corbelled out.
