Description
This building, known as Nos. 1-3 Wytheford Yard, is a house that has been divided and dates from the mid-18th century, with an addition from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof. The addition has red sandstone quoins and a rendered gable end. The structure consists of two storeys and an attic, along with a two-storey addition. It has a dentil brick eaves cornice and parapeted gable ends. There are two gabled eaves dormers, each with three-light wooden casements. The building has external brick end stacks and is arranged in three bays, featuring two- and three-light segmental-headed mid-19th century wooden casements. The central entrance consists of a pair of segmental-headed boarded doors, with the right-hand door likely being a mid-19th century insertion. There is a 19th-century brick porch with a hipped roof and a segmental-headed entrance. The addition on the right has segmental-headed two-light wooden casements on each floor and a segmental-headed boarded door to the left, which is accompanied by a gabled brick porch. The interior has not been inspected.
