Description

White Lodge, also known as Lodge Farm on the OS Map, is a 17th-century timber-framed house that has been faced in red brick in the 18th century. The building features a steeply pitched tile roof with gabled ends, which are roughcast. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a three-window range. The windows are 19th-century two-light casements, and there is a plain doorway located to the right of the centre. A brick end stack is present. Inside, the house has stopped chamfered ceiling beams and joists. There is also a mid-19th-century brick wing that is two storeys high and has two windows, which adjoins the left (south) side of the main building.
