Shown on O.S. Map as Hungerford Farm. Outbuilding, probably former mill, now storage outbuilding. Late C18. Coursed stone rubble. Plain-tile roof. Rectangular 2-bay plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Front with 2 upper-storey openings, 2 ground-floor doorways and window, all with segmental-arched lintels. Lean-to extension to left with boarded door in segmental-arched opening, boarded door in left return side. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with Hungerford Mill and Barns and Workshops to east (qv).
