Description
This is an outbuilding, likely used as a storage shed or granary, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with roughly-shaped tooled dressings and features a stone slate roof. The west elevation has two storeys and consists of two bays. There is a boarded door set in an alternating-block surround, and to the left, an external stone stair leads to a similar granary door, which has two slit vents to the right. The returns of the building also display slit vents, with the one on the right featuring pigeon holes and an alighting band in the gable. The rear elevation includes a boarded loft door with a timber lintel and additional slit vents. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the Old Mill and Mill House.
