Description

This is a barn located about 35 yards north of Tresseck, likely built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble with sandstone dressings and has a Welsh slate roof. The barn features five bays that are aligned roughly east to west. The gables have verges and each apex includes a single owl hole. The side elevations have loops that are concealed by late 20th-century lean-tos. Inside, the barn has trusses with ties and collars but lacks struts. This barn forms part of the farmyard at Tresseck and is included for its group value.
