Description

HENTLAND CP SO 52 NW 3/59 Garden walls to south of Llanfrother

GV II

Garden walls. Probably C18. Squared sandstone with coursed sandstone rubble and sandstone dressings, forming a rectangular garden enclosure. Height varies between about five and eight feet, the lowest section being to the south where there is a central entry. The south wall respectively curves up to the west wall which forms one side of The Granary to the south of Llanfrother (qv) and to the east wall which is itself curved up to the site of the former cross-wing of Llanfrother (qv). Included for group value.
