Description
The garden walls to the south of The Mynde are likely from the 18th to early 19th century. They are constructed of brick and coursed sandstone rubble, standing about six to eight feet high and extending approximately 50 yards from the southern end of The Mynde, near its junction with the adjacent stables, and returning towards a nearby cottage. The northern section of the walls is made of brick, while the return is sandstone rubble. The walls feature gabled copings. There is a doorway in the northern part that leads to the lawn immediately south of The Mynde, and a second doorway is located at the point of return. These walls are included for their group value.
