Barn. Probably mid-C18. Timber-framed, three panels high with brick and sandstone rubble plinth, brick infill and slate roof. Four bays aligned roughly east/west. North elevation: cart entry in second bay from right hand side; corresponding bay to south has projecting double-leaved C19 ledged doors. Interior: raking struts from ties to principals. Forms a group with barn (qv) to south-east of Hill Farmhouse (not included) Included as an unaltered example.
