Description
The Mount is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of brick with a tiled roof, featuring stone keystones and brick end stacks. The building has an L-plan layout, with the main elevation facing southeast. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The southeast elevation showcases gauged brick window openings, with 19th and 20th-century casements, a dentilled brick eaves cornice, and a plat band between the storeys. There is an early 20th-century hipped-roofed porch. To the right, there is a similarly detailed two-window return wing, which was formerly a cider house. Each part of the roof has a central skylight.
